1. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• No refunds on sale/discounted items unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return
Email hello@yusralife.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we’ll guide you on the return procedure.

3. Refund Method
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

4. Shipping Charges
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
